The Christian ministry refers to the teachings and miracles of Jesus Christ, and the continuation of His gospel by the Apostles which they have left for the church to continue.
The word, "Christ," means anointed one who came to this world directly from God the Father to reconcile fallen man back to Himself. There are many prophecies about Him in the Psalms and the book of Isaiah and other Scriptures.
Jesus fulfilled His purpose upon earth and performed many miracles which were recorded in the Gospels by eyewitnesses despite the oppositions, which He faced during His ministry. Jesus’ life represented his two natures, both human and divine.
The teachings of the Christian ministry indicate that there is only one God, and He is to be obeyed and served. The history of Christianity gives an on outline of God and his character.
Christianity teaches that there is one God [I John 5:7] who expresses Himself in three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the second person of the godhead.
